Pesticides regulatory compliance for your next decision

Crop protection teams need the deadline, limit or product record behind a decision:

  • Registration managers: is this active approved, and what happens to our products after non-renewal?
  • Portfolio leads: which active substances have EU approvals expiring in 2027?
  • Residue and export teams: what is the MRL for this active on this crop in each destination market?
  • Formulation companies: which products containing this active are registered in Germany, and who holds them?
  • Market access teams: where is this active banned or restricted?
  • Consultancies: answer those questions across clients' portfolios with the source attached.

Approvals and withdrawals, down to the product

A failed renewal creates national product deadlines. The flufenacet answer, checked on 4 October 2026, connects the EU decision to those records:

  • EU: Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/910 did not renew approval. Authorisations had to be withdrawn by 10 December 2025. Any grace period ends by 10 December 2026.
  • Germany: 34 flufenacet products appear on the BVL revocation list, with product-specific sale-until and use-until dates.
  • France: all 31 flufenacet products in ANSES E-Phy are marked withdrawn. For 21, sale ended on 10 June 2026 and use ends on 10 December 2026.

Open the flufenacet answer to follow the decision down to the product record. Approval expiry dates and emergency authorisations fit the same workflow.
